What Invoicily does and does not promise.
Last Updated: July 26, 2026
1. What Invoicily Does
Invoicily helps you create invoices, quotes, and estimates quickly and present them professionally.
2. What It Doesn't Guarantee
Invoicily does not guarantee compliance with tax, invoicing, record-keeping, accounting, or legal requirements in any country or jurisdiction.
3. Check Your Requirements
You should confirm the requirements that apply to your location, your industry, and your customers, and seek professional advice where needed.
4. Data and Device Storage
If you are signed out, Invoicily stores your documents only in your browser's localStorage. Clearing your browser data, switching devices, or using a different browser may make your saved documents unavailable. If you are signed in, your documents sync to our database and are available across your devices. In both cases, we recommend saving important documents as PDFs.
5. No Liability for Business Decisions
Any totals, tax calculations, or figures Invoicily produces are provided for convenience only. You're responsible for verifying them before relying on them for business or tax purposes.
