The basics of using Invoicily. Please read before relying on the app.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Invoicily (invoicily.net), a product on the Simplaful platform operated by Show 4 Reel Media Pty Ltd (New South Wales, Australia). By using Invoicily, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Invoicily Is
Invoicily is a tool for creating invoices, quotes, and estimates. Accounts are optional: you can use Invoicily without signing in, in which case your documents are saved on your device. If you sign in, your documents and settings sync to our hosted database and are available across your devices.
2. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, quotes, and estimates, for correct tax treatment and payment details, and for meeting any legal, tax, or record-keeping requirements that apply to your business and your customers.
3. No Professional Advice
Invoicily does not provide accounting, legal, financial, or tax advice. For advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified professional.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use Invoicily only for lawful business purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, interfere with their operation, or use automated scripts against the Services without written permission.
5. Your Data
You retain full ownership of all invoice, quote, estimate, business, and customer data you enter. If you are signed out, this data lives only in your browser's localStorage, we do not hold a copy, and we cannot recover it if you clear your browser data or switch devices. If you are signed in, your documents are stored in our database. We recommend saving important documents as PDFs.
6. Pricing and Future Paid Plans
Invoicily is currently free to use. Any Pro or paid tier shown is not yet active — no payment is processed and no subscription is created today. If paid plans go live, updated terms covering billing, renewals, and refunds will be published before checkout is enabled.
7. Intellectual Property
The Simplaful platform, Invoicily software, design, and trademarks are owned by Simplaful / Show 4 Reel Media Pty Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all documents you create and export.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SIMPLAFUL'S LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH INVOICILY IS LIMITED TO AUD $100. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Our Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We will update the date above and note material changes here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
